If you prefer to mail in your application, print the form, complete the entire form, sign the waiver, enclose a check payable to Hit The Road Jack, and mail to the address below.  Please include a self-addressed stamped 4”x10” envelope.

Fees:
2.2 Mile Run/Walk:  $18 all individuals.
10K Run:  $32/adults, $18/age 16 and under, Family of 4 - $85.00 (not available on Race Day) must be postmarked by May 21, 2012. Or register on Race Day.
