Lawrence BernheimBorn October 21, 1944 in San Francisco. Graduated from University of California at Berkeley in 1966. Member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1969.
Admitted to California State Bar December 1969. Began law practice in January 1970 with Santa Rosa law firm of Spridgen, Barrett, Achor, Luckhardt, Anderson, James & Zeigler. Became partner in 1975. Departed in June 1980 to help start law firm of Senneff, Bernheim & Emery, which later became Senneff, Bernheim, Kelly & Kimelman. In February 1992, became partner in James Gack Bernheim & Hicks. After that firms dissolution in March 1996, formed firm of Bernheim & Hicks with Richard Hicks.
Member of the California State Bar and the Sonoma County Bar Association. Also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for Northern District of California and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Has been panel member on numerous lawyer education programs, and a lecturer at Hastings National College of Advocacy.

Heidi S. BernheimBorn September 19, 1953 in Napa, California. Graduated from California State University Chico in 1975. Graduated in top 1% of his class at Hastings College of the Law in 1978. At Hastings, was member of Hastings Law Journal, Order of the Coif, Thurston Society, and received Professor Milton D. Green Top Ten Citation. Admitted to California State Bar in 1978.
Began law practice with San Francisco firm of Farella, Braun & Martel. Moved to Sonoma County in 1982, accepting position with Spridgen, Barrett, Achor, Luckhardt, Anderson, James & Zeigler until its dissolution in November 1982. Joined James Gack & Freeman and became partner in 1986. Following its dissolution in 1996 (then known as James Bernheim, Hicks, Aiona, Illsley & Gordon), formed partnership with Lawrence Bernheim under name Bernheim & Hicks.
Member of the California State Bar and the Sonoma County Bar Association. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
Past President of Board of Directors, Valley of the Moon Boys & Girls Club. Member, Dream Builders' Committee (to build new Boys & Girls Club facility in Maxwell Farms Regional Park). Soccer Coach, Sonoma United Football Club. Race Director, Hit the Road Jack Run, 1998 - Present. Member, St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.
Born March 7, 1976 in Santa Rosa, California. Graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1998. Awarded a California State Assembly Members Resolution in 1996. Clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Hollis G. Best of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California in 2000. Graduated from Willamette College of Law in 2002.
Member of the California State Bar and the Washington State Bar. Admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
