HOSPICE BY THE BAY offers a wide array of services designed to respect and honor a person’s wishes in the final stages of life.  Specialized medical care and emotional support for patients and their families help preserve dignity and quality of life for those coping with terminal illness.  Educational programs about end of life issues and bereavement counseling for children and adults are available to the community.  HOSPICE BY THE BAY (formerly Hospice of Marin/Valley of the Moon Team) relies on philanthropic contributions and community support to ensure that no one is excluded from the gift of peace and comfort in one’s final days.

Boys & Girls Clubs Valley of the Moon is a safe place to be a kid. Offering life enhancing programs, relationships with caring, trained adults and hope and opportunity, the Club offers Sonoma youth a place to grow to their fullest potential. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs is to provide positive opportunities for youth to learn and succeed. The Club offers hope and opportunity during the time our youth need it most daily after school and all day during the summer.
